- Standard 21-Day Return Policy
- Applies to orders placed on Barska.com
- Fill out the return request form to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
- RMA# must be issued within 21 days of the invoice date for refund or replacement.
- Proof of purchase is required for RMA# issuance.
- No refunds or replacements for misused, abused items, or items with modifications/tampering/unauthorized repairs.
- All returned packages will need an RMA# printed outside the box for faster processing.
- Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your returns.
- The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price minus the shipping and handling charges.
- Customer is responsible for shipping expenses incurred when returning a product for refund or exchange
