Basic LTL Freight Shipping Service Includes:
Curbside Delivery for Residential Locations:
This product will be delivered to the curbside at the end of your driveway. Recipient is responsible for moving the item from the curb to the desired location. Please ensure you have the necessary equipment or assistance.
Curbside Delivery for Business Locations:
This product will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your business location. (e.g., loading dock or curbside) Recipient is responsible for moving the item from the drop-off point into the building.
***Freight carrier will be delivering item on a pallet.
Please note that inside delivery, unboxing, breakdown of freight, or disposal of
packaging materials will not be provided at the time of delivery.

If you require the product to be delivered inside your home or business, please contact us for an additional cost quote.
Inside Delivery (Ground Floor Only)
The delivery team will bring the product just inside the first door of your building, such as a foyer, garage, or lobby. Services provided under this delivery option do not include charges for service to floors above or below the level accessible to Carrier's vehicle or into specific rooms.
White Glove Delivery (Ground Floor Only)
The delivery team will bring the product inside and place it in the room of your choice on the ground floor. This service includes additional benefits such as unpacking the product, protecting your floors, and removing and disposing of all packaging materials.
Freight Shipping Terms
Contact Information: A valid phone number must be provided upon placing the order. This number will be used by our
shipping team to confirm with you about the delivery details if needed, and for freight carrier to arrange the delivery.
Delivery Time: Please allow 7-14 business days for the freight order to be delivered. Recipient will be contacted by the independent freight carrier before delivery to schedule a delivery time.
Shipment Inspection: Please inspect your delivery before signing the Proof of Delivery Receipt (POD). If there are any damages or missing items, you MUST note them on the POD, take photos, and contact us immediately.
Damage Reporting: If item is damaged during transit, recipient has 5 days from receipt date to report the damage to us for a return with no additional charge.
Cancellation/Refusal Policy: Customers who cancel or refuse their order after order has been shipped out are responsible for return shipping cost, except in cases of damage during transit.
Special Shipping Locations: For shipping to HI, AK, VI, PR, or for weekend/after-hours delivery, please contact us for a shipping quote. Additional service charges may apply for rural or unincorporated addresses.
