It is crucial to understand that each key is unique, and only the precise ITEM number AND KEY number will unlock the corresponding safe.
After you've submitted the KEY REQUEST FORM, you will be provided with a unique CASE ID. Remember that you will need this CASE ID when you place your online order.
Additionally, please be aware that all spare part(s) and Backup Key purchases are non-refundable.
