Upon receiving this notification, Barska will conduct an investigation into the warranty claim. If the investigation confirms the validity of the Equipment or Product warranty claim, Barska will, at its discretion and at no additional cost to the customer, either:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e1. Repair the defective Equipment or Barska Product.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e2. Replace it with the same or an equivalent product.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e3. Refund the price of the defective Equipment or Barska Product.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThese actions represent the full extent of Barska's liability for the warranty claim. In the case of a valid Services warranty claim, the customer's sole recourse is to request Barska to either re-perform the non-conforming service or provide a pro-rata refund of the fees paid for the non-conforming Service.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIf the investigation determines that the warranty claim is not valid, Barska may invoice the customer for the time and materials used to respond to the claim, based on Barska's prevailing labor rates at the time.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eAny repaired or replaced products are covered by warranty for the remaining duration of the original applicable warranty period.
